Pipe Techs Plumbing Repair

Negative: Unreliable, poor customer service (no-shows, no communication), potentially unethical (overcharging, permit issues).
Positive: Good for commercial clients, knowledgeable, quick response, fair pricing.

Do not trust Russel and this company. He took $140 for half an hour, never pulled a permit like he said he would, and then tried stalling me for two weeks to come back to finish the job for the additional payment. Thank God I was not a fool to pay him in full cash up front! He could not even remember the job from one week to the next.

Delivered a commercial heater for these guys and they are solid all around. Great people, and very knowledgeable in the plumbing field! You won’t find a better plumbing team in Wilmington NC nor the surrounding areas!

Don’t bother. Call someone else

My husband has called this company twice on two seperate occassions to do work at our house. Both times they said they would be there at a certain time and both times now they have not come to do the service, nor did they call us and tell us why they weren't coming. Very bad customer service.

I have used these guys on a couple of occasions to do small repairs. Have always been quick to respond and priced fairly!!
